The legal basis for keeping your address is your consent: we only add it after you explicitly check the consent box on the waitlist form.
For abuse prevention, a one-way keyed network identifier is counted in a short rate-limit window. The raw network address is not stored in the waitlist database.
We use the list for KILNFALL development milestones, major reveals, playtest invitations, and launch news. We do not sell the list, and we do not share it with any third party outside operating this waitlist.
Cloudflare hosts the site and database. If automated abuse protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process the verification request.
Your address stays active until you remove it or unsubscribe through a message. Expired rate-limit counters are deleted automatically. We may retain minimal suppression data only when needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
Joining is optional. You may remove the same address below at any time, or email waitlist@kilnfall.com and we will remove it by hand. The response is intentionally identical whether or not the address was present, so the site does not reveal who joined.
